We ship USPS and UPS and will select the best means to get your package to you given day to day shipping circumstances. We reserve the right to ship either carrier in an effort to get your package to you the best way possible.
Our packages all have tracking numbers issued, are GEO-tracked and (depending on order size) may require a signature upon delivery.
HOW LONG TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? (*See Alert Up Above)
Typically we have your order fulfilled (prepared) in roughly 48 -72 business hrs and it is then ready to be shipped to you.
During sales, holidays, special product launches, pre-order mailouts etc, this general time period may increase by a few business days as we pack large quantities of product. We fulfill purchases in the order they are received in our online system. Please reasonably allow time for us to prepare your order during these peak sales times. We pack your paint products very carefully.
*Our business ship out days/hours does not include holidays & weekends. We pack/ship the standard business days of Monday-Friday, 8-4 PM EST.
Once your package is in the hands of USPS or UPS, delivery time is out of our control. We are not the shipping company. (*Be aware some delays may occur during transport due to the COVID-19 Global Pandemic, and especially during/around the Christmas shopping season. Inclement weather may also cause delays during transport. JMPC is not responsible for any potential shipping delays by the carrier. No refunds will be issued due to carrier delays) *You may reach out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number regarding any information about your shipment at any time. We are not aware of any carrier that will guarantee any shipping/transit time due to things out of their control.
You are given a tracking number to follow, which is sent to email address you provided at checkout. When you order online, the mailing service may indicate the general time period of shipping from our headquarters to your address given. The "shipping time" does not include the time it will take to fulfill your order. It is purely the CARRIERS GUESS (*which may be wrong sometimes due to issues on their end) of how long it will be to arrive at your address once in their possession. This refers only to transit time of the package by USPS/UPS. It DOES NOT include packing/preparing time of the order by Junk Monkey Paint Company. You may reach out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number regarding any information regarding your shipment at any time. We are not aware of any carrier that will guarantee any shipping/transit time due to things out of their control.
To clarify: Some shipping services provide an estimate for the number of days that it will take the carrier to deliver the item to you, the buyer. This transit time does not include the seller's (Junk Monkey Paint Company) handling & packing time. Transit time includes normal weekdays. Often Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays are not included in transit time estimates.
The estimated shipping times displayed/provided by these shipping services on our website as you checkout are not guaranteed. The ETA is calculated by the shipper and does not account for extenuating circumstances that can occur.
"DELIVERY FAILED"--MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED DUE TO INCORRECT/UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS/I MOVED, ETC?
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their shipping address is correct and up to date (including any mail forwarding services, etc). Junk Monkey Paint Company is not responsible for USPS/UPS failed delivery attempts. If a package is returned to JMPC because of an incorrect/outdated/expired address provided by the buyer, JMPC will refund the cost of items once they are returned, but not the shipping charges. Please understand these shipping monies have been paid to the shipping company to transport your order from JMPC to the address you entered, which they have done/attempted. *Shipping info is entered by the customer at checkout. Unless customer indicates otherwise, orders will be shipped to the address they entered through the online order process. Please double check your address entered prior to submitting an order and upon checkout. Any packages returned to Junk Monkey Paint Company due to an incorrect/wrong/expired address entered by buyer, will result in new shipping charges in order to cover cost for the package to be re-sent again through the mail system; this is the responsibilty of the buyer. There will be no shipping cost refunds on missing packages or returned packages due to an incorrect address entered by buyer. You may discuss this matter further with USPS or UPS if you feel it was returned in error by them.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES?

Buyers are responsible for any & all customs and import taxes that may apply. Buyers assume responsibility for any taxes and fees related to importing their items into their country. JMPC is not responsible for delays due to customs or any delays related to shipping. International shipping will take longer to arrive by carrier than orders placed within the USA.
PRINT ON DEMAND SHIPPING?
*Our Junk Monkey Clothing is fulfilled by a third-party print on demand vendor. Shipping details for those separate specific items are provided via the vendor website, and are set by that company.
We currently offer free shipping (meaning we pay it for you) when you place/pay for a SINGLE order online through our website of Junk Monkey Paint Products that totals more than $99 *excluding taxes. USA Contiguous 48 states only. *This does not mean multiple orders that add up to more than $99, rather a SINGLE transaction/order. If you place multiple orders, we do not bundle or add them up for you. It is your responsibility to place your order accordingly if you would like to qualify for this special free shipping on single orders. When you qualify you will be alerted during the checkout process and you can select free shipping. *This offer does not apply to our retailer program.
HOW DOES PRE-ORDER WORK?
Sometimes we give you a chance to reserve your items before they are finished making and hit the shelves. With high demand on our special products things can sell out rather quickly. Pre-order allows you to purchase the item so when it is available, you are first in line to receive it and guaranteed to get it. Important: Pre-order products will ship to you once they are ready to ship. We state the estimated shipping time in the description of that product. IF YOU ORDER ANYTHING ADDITIONAL BESIDES PRE-ORDERED ITEMS IN YOUR ONLINE ORDER. PLEASE UNDERSTAND All ITEMS WILL SHIP TOGETHER AT ONCE WHEN THE PRE-ORDERED ITEM(S) IS READY. REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY?
Due to the nature of our products, no refunds, exchanges or returns. All sales final.
Thank you for understanding this. This keeps our product quality top notch so when you order paint & other supplies you are getting it fresh and directly from our storage facility, and it has not been pre-owned--as we cannot account for how/where our products have been stored/what temperature, whether they have been opened/unopened/contaminated/damaged & cannot resell them.
We pack according to what is ordered/inputed by our customers through our online website and then ship those items based on what is exactly ordered. Please double check your order as your are placing it. JMPC is not responsible for incorrect ordering, wrong quantities of products selected, etc.
